Nice, proper bed time and not having to wake at crack of dawn. As it happened is still woke at 05.00 but I think not setting the alarm facilitates a better night sleep.

Dinner: Dry roasted peanuts, vodka soda, prawn cocktail.
Ride: Commute in, was really fit (strong tail wind)
I enjoyed the ride in with my helping hand followed by another full on day. Out with the team but managed to stay on the vodka soda, I really enjoyed them again. (Must remember that) I also managed to avoid MacD and go to M&S and pick up a prawn cocktail.
