This is my challenge to become and remain ketogenic and to train consistently for a year. I will be giving up beer, carbs & sugar (may have a little carbs on long rides). My ultimate goal is to spend the year working out how to stay fit and healthy for the rest of my life.
I will journal the highs the lows and any tips for those wanting to try to be ketogenic.

Day 43, Less unwell
Surprised my ketones were not higher!! But really not thinking about that. Started to feel a bit better latter half of the day.
