I slept straight though until 05.00, I was unfortunately awake from then. I was pretty hungry this morning, as although I ate a lot for dinner in my busy day I missed a meal yesterday on top of my long ride.

Breakfast: Yogurt MCT, almond butter
Lunch: Chicken, sausage, cabbage, cauliflower, salami, smoked salmon
Dinner: Broth, butter, nuts
I was a little flat and tired today after the full on day yesterday, we had a relatively quiet day with lunch at Lucy's parents.
