Not the best night sleep after my good but silly night out.

Lunch: Prawn cocktail, 2x salad, cheese & chorizo bite, chicken
Dinner: Sausage, CM, courgette, mushrooms, LC chocolate
Ride: Commute home, head wind
Petty busy and tired all day, managed to get on the bike for way home into a strong head wind. I ate proper for once and felt better for it.
