Slept pretty well and tiredness starting to unwind.

Lunch 5x fried chicken and 7 hot wings.......!
Dinner. Yogurt mct almond butter
Ride 108k constant head wind, dried fruit and granola.
I thought my ketones had pretty much stabilized but clearly not. I am not sure what it was that smacked them in yesterday's food, maybe too much protein.
With them low I had a low carb not zero carb breakfast and ate on the bike, it all felt ok.
The ride was pretty hard, I did not want to push too much but it was just so windy it was hard to stay within my target effort.
I was pleased to drag out 4 hours, it has helped stop the feeling of decline and a small step forward. Like every year rapidly running out of time before the first event. I cant say I enjoyed today's ride, but I didn't hate it, I hated the wind.
