I was really tired last night, I don't know if it was just from my commute I felt really cold like I was getting unwell again. However a reasonable night sleep and although still tired I felt much better this morning but thought best to stay off the bike.

Lunch Burrito salad and a spare rib
Dinner Coleslaw (ceasar dressing, had no mayo) Chilli, cheese, yogurt mct almond butter little 90% chocolate
Was pretty hungry but dissembled the Nomad to have powder coated blue :-)
